Rachael Dunnavant is a skilled and successful matchmaker, helping buyers find the right home and helping sellers find the right buyer for their home. 

She leverages her extensive background in communications and sales to benefit her clients throughout each real estate transaction. Rachael has a communications degree from Cal State Chico. Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, Rachael worked for Kimberly Clark and Kellogg’s, twice winning Kellogg’s Golden “K” Award for outstanding sales in North America. While raising her children, Rachael was an active volunteer with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and acted as the PTA President.

Rachael is skilled at recommending renovations that will enhance a home’s livability and appeal. She helps her clients see a home for what it is today, and what its future potential could be.

Charlotte has been home for her for more than 30 years. She lives in a Mid-Century Modern home in Sherwood Forest. Rachael enjoys playing Queen City Tennis for Charlotte Swim & Racquet Club and USTA, painting original art, walking, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
